Price your service strategically. Newbies and starters have less experienced. With their resources and influence, for sure, they would find it hard to get the trust of big companies. Unless they got plenty of connections, that would be quite impossible. As for now, the best thing that newbies could do is to focus their attention on small companies and medical firms.

No matter how good your performance and tools could be there are other reasons that stop clients from taking your service. Find out what those reasons are. Address them. If they have some issues with their finances, help them.

For sure, as you gather and collect this information, you would see several flaws and problems on their offer. Now, use those issues to your benefits. There are other ways to surpass your competitors. The best way to do that is to check the needs and issues of your target customers. You need to be aware of their problems. Your firm should be flexible and sustainable enough to solve those issues.

You could do it. Observe. Be knowledgeable about the industry. You must exploit the weakness of your clients and their buying behavior. Well, aside from this, check your competitors too. For sure, just like you, they have some noticeable flaws too. Use that to your advantage. Before you implement and execute your plans, check if your people and your company are sustainable enough to handle the situation.
