Being creative can help you to express yourself in more of a non-verbal approach. One needs to do this from time to time as well. It is important to do things like paint and draw and to include this into the routine. You will feel a great sense of freedom afterwards. You will release some of the anger and the depression. This is one way to help take control of your emotions and ween your way off of the medications. It is also the healthy approach. One must be careful not to turn to alcohol at this time.

When you find that it is affecting the way in which you relate to others at work and in the home environment, you definitely need to talk to someone about this. You may even be referred to a psychiatrist. Medication can be helpful. But it is necessary on a temporary basis.

You begin to connect on this basis. People build relationships based on the way they feel with one another. They may find that friends and individual therapists don't understand what they are going through. This is the reason for a group.
