Students are important to tutors. A process that involves training teachers so that they can offer quality education to students is referred to as job embedded professional development. It usually involves training of teachers at the workplace or in the institution they are working. In addition, there is a formation of a connection between the students and their teachers in the classroom scenario. The main reason why such a process even exists is that all the academic needs of the students are met.

In order for a child to learn, they will need the help of great teachers along the way. Schools need to employ strategic methods aimed at improving learning for students. They also need to be systematic in the way they carry out daily operations. Plans need to be set up to ensure that the curriculum goals are all met.

There are several processes that encompass the JEPD. First on the list is action research. This involves teachers selecting an aspect in teaching and evaluating it. There is collection of data which is then recorded after which several conclusion get drawn from such data. The data collected may for instance help the teachers establish their impact on learning among other revelations. The overall aim of action research is to help improve the skills of the teacher and hence improve learning.

The second format entails case discussions. These are aimed at helping the teachers critically analyze their methods of teaching. Coaching is yet another format. Here, constant conversations, observations as well as demonstrations are kept between an instructional coach and the tutors. This process mainly focuses on aspects of a more technical nature helping teachers implement various new teaching methods.

A critical friendly group discussion is also formulated and it is aimed at analyzing each teacher. The discussions may touch on various issues that are of great importance in the teaching profession and may include obstacles that present when a teacher is trying to teach a certain concept or even new strategies that can be employed.

The assessment part forms the next bit of the process. There are a series of assessment tests that the teachers are put under to help wager where they are in terms of performance. The results obtained from such studies are usually put under consideration as they help teachers formulate or come up with new ways in which to effectively teach content to students. In order to gain a better understanding of the students, they must always check their progress and come up with solutions to solve some of the problems facing the students.

The teachers formulate growth plans that are professional in nature as the next phase. These plans are extremely important as they will be used in keeping track of the performance of individual teachers. A study lesson is formed as a measure to demonstrate how teaching and learning can take place most effectively.

This program is an effective one as it goes to ensure the betterment of each and every student. It also helps the teachers to learn how to effectively follow and pass these instructions on to their students; thus, improve learning.
